I was north of Tucson in Oro Valley for this storm.  I headed towards Catalina State Park, set up my cameras and photographed this giant bolt.  The separation between cloud and bolt is almost three-dimensional.  This is my favorite image in the last couple years.  

Digitally re-mastered in 2007 from the original transparencie printed on the D'Vinci Roland Hi-Fi Jet Printer. Twelve individual archival inks printed on Arches Infinity paper. Prices begin at $800, signed by the artist  limited edition of 50 prints, 10 artists proofs. Prices increase as edition sells.
